RETURN POLICY
Change of mind returns
DP Saddlery LP & Big Sky Kiger Horses accepts change of mind returns within 14 days on all in stock merchandise connected to a restocking fee of $100 CAD. The 14 day period begins when you receive the item either by mail or in person and ends on the 14th day in which you’ve had possession of the items.
- Please return the product no later than day 14 and provide us with tracking information via email to: Hello@bigskykigers.ca. You must insure the package for the saddle’s value. We are not responsible to refund you, if the package gets lost and you did not have insurance on it.
- Excluded are all special order items as well as items that have been reduced in price (such as demonstration saddles, clearance or used saddles). All reduced merchandise is a final sale.
Saddles and tack have to be returned in like-new condition.
- They must be clean, and free of dirt and hair.
- DP Saddlery LP & Big Sky Kiger Horses reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of $100 for saddles and $50 for tack, in case the products are soiled.
Shall the returned products be returned damaged or in a unmerchantable fashion, DP Saddlery LP & Big Sky Kiger Horses reserves the right to
- retain all or a portion of your payment as it sees appropriate (depreciation value).
- A prior quote cannot be given without having the saddle or tack at the Headquarters to assess.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Other Returns
DP Saddlery & Big Sky Kiger Horses will accept product returns and provide you with repair, exchange, store credit or refund when:
- The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose
If you cannot present your DP Saddlery LP or Big Sky Kiger Horses invoice and warranty pass, Big Sky Kiger Horses reserves the right not to offer a repair, exchange, store credit or refund. The determination whether or not a product is faulty, is solely up to Big Sky Kiger Horses . Big Sky Kiger Horses reserves the right to determine what to offer to make up for a faulty product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
